Commisions, Cleaning Charges and Condo Standar Request

Our Commission Rates:
  • 20%: Vacation Rentals (less than 3 months)
  • 15%: Short-Term Rentals (between 3 to 6 months)
  • 10%: Long-Term Rentals (more than 6 months​

Condo Standard Requirements: To ensure a great standardized service, we request that your condo meets certain standards to guarantee that all our guests are satisfied and leave positive reviews for both your listing and our company.

  • Everything must be in good working order (ACs, fridge, appliances, fans, lights, TV).
  • The condo must be clean at check-in time.

Cleaning Charges:

  • 1-bedroom unit: $55 USD (taxes included)
  • 2-bedroom unit: $65 USD (taxes included)
  • 3-bedroom unit: $75 USD (taxes included)
  • 4-bedroom unit: $85 USD (taxes included)

Our cleaning charges include essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen soap, and a dishwasher sponge.
*Special requirements are available upon request at an extra charge.*
