Ocean paradise community is located in the heart of Las Palmas in Playas del Coco. Surrounded by lush and well-maintained gardens and palm trees, you will see an inviting pool and a ready-to-use BBQ area.

One Bedroom and one bathroom with a spacious living room. As you enter the unit, you’ll see a kitchen with granite countertops with plenty of room for meal prep. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances and wooden cabinets. The kitchen and dining room area has a sun-filled, high vaulted ceiling with a fan and A/C on the opposite wall by the living room. You can enjoy time with your guests in the living room, which is provided with folding doors that can be opened or closed at your best convenience. By the living room, there is a full bathroom, and towards the back of the space, you will come to a backup terrace/storage.
Wood stairs take you to the 2nd floor where your bedroom is located. This cozy space has its own A/C unit and a floor-to-ceiling window /glass sliding door that gives access to a balcony.

As part of the perks of being located here, you’ll be within walking distance to one of the two largest plazas in Town, (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur), where you will discover amazing restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, bakery, and much more. Past these plazas, just a couple of minutes of walking, you’ll arrive at the charming Playas del Coco beach!
